What I need for car rental?

Driver’s license, ID or passport

When I pick up the car what obligations do I have forwards you?

Display a valid driving licence. Turn the car around in its original condition. Don’t lose the contract. Turn it with the same fuel you found it. Read the terms of the contract.

What is the minimum age required for renting?

The renter and each driver must be at least 20 years old for all vehicle categories. It must display a valid driving licence in its name which is valid for at least one year.

Where is your car rental office?

Our office is located in the center of Faliraki and specifically in Kalitheas Avenue, we also oblige at Rhodes Airport free of charge, all hotels in Faliraki, many populated areas and hotels and in your location.

What is the refuel policy?

The car has to turn with the same fuel that was taken. The fuel is in responsibility of the renter, if the car is turn with more fuel than the original our company cannot give money back.

What I should do if an accident?

You will immediately call the emergency phone that we have gave you.

What I should do if the car is damaged?

You will call to us directly

How I can extend my rental days?

You can call us or contact us by email if there is an extension availability.

Do I need a credit card in order to rent a car?

A credit card is not required

How I will receive my car when I arrive in Rhodes airport?

Once you land at the airport you will receive your luggage then you will exit to the outlet hall and there you will see your name on an inscription that will be held by a representative who will wear the company’s insignia on his attire. We will help you with your car rental.

Do i need deposit te reserve a car?

For reservations from 1/5 to 31/10 deposit is required! The rest of the amount is to be paid on the arrival by cash or card.

The process of renting a car was very easy & simple. The prices are very reasonable (Certainly cheaper than the global car hire companies or the cars offered by the hotels) - It took less than 10 minutes before we were driving away in a lovely clean car. (I think all the cars here are less than 18 months old - and they are all spotlessly clean) The staff were very friendly & helpful. Handing it back was just a case of handing the keys over.
